Privacy policy

Effective October 18, 2026. Applies to Morrow 1.0 for iPhone and Apple Watch.

Morrow is a morning routine timer made by Adequate Systems LLC. This page explains what the app keeps, what leaves your iPhone, and how to delete it.

The short version

1. Who we are

Morrow is published by Adequate Systems LLC ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the small amount of personal data described here. You can reach us at support@adequatelimited.com.

2. What stays on your iPhone

Morrow stores the following on your iPhone. We cannot see it, and it is not synced to any Morrow server.

DataHow long it is kept
Your routines, steps, door check items, and the learned time for each stepUntil you delete them
Each day's plan: alarm time, leave time and the reason shown for them. With calendar leave time, this can include the event's name, start time and place.60 days
Your mornings: when each step started and ended, pauses, skips and trimsFinished mornings 400 days (so the year recap has a full year); unfinished mornings 30 days
Weekly goal and week results, Mo's wardrobeUntil you delete them
Settings, and whether you have Morrow PlusUntil you delete them
Travel time estimates for calendar leave time (the event's identifier, travel mode, arrival time and travel minutes; no addresses or coordinates)6 hours

Morrow shares some of this data with its own widgets, its Live Activity on the Lock Screen and its Apple Watch app, so they can show tomorrow's plan and the step you're on. Widgets and the Live Activity read it on your iPhone. The Apple Watch app receives it from your iPhone over Apple's direct iPhone-to-Watch connection.

Morrow also uses features of iOS that keep their own records on your device: the alarms it schedules, its notifications, the "Start my morning" Siri suggestion, and your routine names in Spotlight search.

If you back up your iPhone to iCloud or to a computer, the backup can include Morrow's data. Apple's terms cover those backups.

3. Permissions

Morrow asks for each permission when you first use the feature that needs it. You can change any of them later in the iOS Settings app, under Apps, Morrow.

Morrow does not ask for your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, health data or motion data. Spoken cues are generated on your iPhone.

4. What leaves your iPhone

Purchases: Apple and RevenueCat

Morrow Plus is sold through the App Store. Apple processes the payment; we never see your card or Apple Account details.

Morrow uses RevenueCat, Inc. to check whether you have Plus, to restore purchases and to count subscriptions. When the app starts, when you open the Plus screen, and when you buy or restore, the app sends RevenueCat your App Store purchase and subscription records under a random ID that RevenueCat creates on your device. That ID is not your name, email or Apple Account. Like any internet service, RevenueCat also receives your network (IP) address and technical details such as the app and iOS version and your App Store country. Morrow turns off RevenueCat's collection of device advertising and vendor identifiers. RevenueCat processes this data for us under its privacy policy.

We use purchase records to provide Plus and to understand how many people subscribe. We do not link them to you.

Travel time: Apple Maps

Only if you have Plus and turn on calendar leave time: to work out how long it takes to get to tomorrow's first event, Morrow sends your current location and the place written in the event to Apple Maps, which returns a route time. Morrow keeps only the travel time, on your iPhone, for up to 6 hours. Apple handles this request under the Apple Privacy Policy; we never receive your location.

Messages you choose to send

When you're running late, "I'll be late" opens Messages (or the share sheet) with a text filled in. Nothing is sent unless you pick the recipient and tap Send yourself.

Crash reports

Morrow has no crash-reporting tool of its own. If you turned on Share With App Developers in iOS Settings, Privacy & Security, Analytics & Improvements, Apple may share crash logs and usage statistics for Morrow with us. Apple says these do not identify you. You can turn this off at any time in the same place.

5. What we don't do

6. Deleting your data

Delete all data. In Morrow, open Settings, then Your data, then Delete all data, and confirm. Morrow then:

Morrow then starts again from the welcome screen. Delete all data is not available while a morning is running; it becomes available once the morning is over. It does not cancel Morrow Plus, because the subscription belongs to your Apple Account.

Uninstalling. Deleting the Morrow app from your iPhone removes everything it stored there. Removing the Apple Watch app removes its data from your watch.

Purchase records. RevenueCat keeps purchase records under the random ID described above, which we cannot connect to you. If you want us to delete them, email us the order ID from your App Store receipt and we will find and delete the matching record.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example in the European Union, the United Kingdom or California), you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to object to how we use it, or to complain to your data protection authority. Because Morrow keeps your data on your iPhone and we have no account for you, we usually hold nothing that identifies you. Email us and we will answer within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Where the GDPR applies, we process purchase records to provide the subscription you bought (performance of a contract) and to count subscriptions (our legitimate interest in running the app). RevenueCat is based in the United States, so purchase records are processed there.

8. Children

Morrow is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

9. Security

Your Morrow data is protected by your iPhone's own security, including its passcode and data protection. Data sent to RevenueCat and Apple travels over encrypted HTTPS connections.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. If a change affects what leaves your iPhone, we will also say so in the app's update notes before it takes effect.
