Alarms

Will the alarm ring if my iPhone is on silent or a Focus is on?

Yes. Morrow sets its wake-up alarm with Apple's alarm system (AlarmKit), the same kind of alarm the Clock app uses. iOS plays these alarms when the Ring/Silent switch is set to silent and when a Focus such as Sleep or Do Not Disturb is on.

This needs the Alarms permission. If Morrow is not allowed to set alarms, it can't wake you.

Step cues and reminders during the morning are notifications, not alarms. They follow your notification settings and Focus. Spoken cues are off until you turn them on: in Morrow, open Settings, Cues and turn on Voice cues. They then follow that switch, not the silent switch.

I said no to alarms. How do I turn them back on?

Open the Settings app, tap Apps, then Morrow, and turn on Alarms. You can also get there from Morrow: Settings, Devices, Alarms opens the right page.

Once Alarms are on, open Morrow's Tomorrow screen to check the alarm time. While Morrow can't set alarms, Tomorrow says so.

My alarm didn't ring. What should I check?
  • Alarms are allowed for Morrow (Settings app, Apps, Morrow, Alarms).
  • Tomorrow showed an alarm time the night before. On the free version, Morrow suggests a time and the alarm is set when you confirm it. With Plus, Morrow sets it for you.
  • Your iPhone was on and had battery.

If all of that was fine, please email us with the time the alarm was set for and what happened.

During your morning

Where is the countdown on my Lock Screen?

When a morning starts, Morrow shows a Live Activity on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island with the current step's countdown and whether you're on track. You can mark a step done or skip it from there without opening the app.

If you don't see it, open the Settings app, tap Apps, then Morrow, and make sure Live Activities is on.

How do learned times work?

Each step starts with the time you typed in. As you finish mornings, Morrow records how long each step really took. After 3 finished mornings, it uses the middle value of your last 9 timed runs of that step instead of your guess.

Steps you skipped or paused, and mornings you didn't finish, are left out. A single very long run counts as at most twice the planned time, so one odd morning doesn't throw off the plan.

Learning moves the alarm by at most 5 minutes a day, and Tomorrow tells you why it moved. Changing your leave time moves it right away.

To start a step over, open it in the Routine tab and tap Reset learned time. To start every step over, use Settings, Your data, Reset learned times. Your routines stay as they are.

How do I get the Apple Watch app?

The Apple Watch app is part of Morrow Plus. It needs watchOS 26 or later and a paired iPhone with Morrow on it.

If it isn't on your watch yet, open the Watch app on your iPhone, scroll to Available Apps and tap Install next to Morrow. On the watch you'll see tomorrow's alarm and leave time, and during a morning you can mark steps done, skip them or pause from your wrist.

Morrow's Settings, Devices, Apple Watch shows whether the watch is connected.

Morrow Plus

How do I restore my purchase on a new iPhone?

Sign in to the App Store with the same Apple Account you used to buy Plus. Then in Morrow open Settings and tap Restore purchases, or tap Restore Purchases at the bottom of the Plus screen.

How do I cancel or change my subscription?

Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Morrow. From there you can cancel or switch between yearly and monthly. If you have Plus, Morrow's Settings also has a Manage subscription button that opens the same page.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. If you're on the 14-day free trial, cancel before it ends and you won't be charged. Morrow sends a reminder 2 days before the trial bills, if notifications are on.

Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

What does Plus cost?

In the US, Morrow Plus is $39.99 a year with a 14-day free trial, or $9.99 a month. The App Store shows the price for your country before you confirm.

Your data

How do I delete all my data?

In Morrow, open Settings, then Your data, then Delete all data, and confirm. Morrow deletes your routines, history, learned times and Mo's wardrobe, cancels its alarms and notifications, clears its widgets and Apple Watch app, and starts again from the welcome screen.

It isn't available while a morning is running. It doesn't cancel Morrow Plus, which belongs to your Apple Account.

Deleting the app from your iPhone also removes everything Morrow stored there. The privacy policy has the details.

Does Morrow sync between devices?

No. Morrow has no account and keeps your data on your iPhone. Your paired Apple Watch gets what it needs from the iPhone. Morrow's data is part of your iPhone backup, so restoring a new iPhone from that backup brings it along.
